The Giuseppe Zanotti Design fall/winter 2012 collection begins from an ever puzzling question of Mr Zanotti."What is missing in any woman's closet?" In order to give light to a woman's desire on the missing link,the journey to rediscover one's identity procceded by searching for the most innate style  . With an adventurous and literary approach, the alluring feminine figures from the novels of Raymond Chandler, Leo Malet, Ed McBain and the films of Alfred Hitchcock and Fritz Lang, became the essential theme for the collection. Furthermore, the collection is also inspired by the famous industrial designer Raymond Loewy and his creation from the 50's through to the 90's. The remarkable design of the iconic bullet-nosed Studebaker, the redesign of the Coca-Cola coutour bottle, all of which giving ideas to this season's silhouette. Extreme stylization in the technique of inner platforms which enhance legs and body.The feminine figure becomes extremely tall with a surprising and acrobatic spontaneity. This collection means a comeback of an extreme "self conscious" look and a new style provocation with a visual technicality. 

The colour theme for this fall, make references to the graphic world  by fashion illustrator Antonio Lopez and from the Gazette du Bon Ton, the striking image of the 70's cosmetic color with an oriental twist. Using intense color like fluorescent yellow, electric blue and Indian orange, with the "Mondrian-esque" style arrangement including the technique of tone on tone embroidery, the fall collection promises an absolute visual feast for the eyes.

Another newer addition to the brand is the jewellery collection. This season we see a strong tribal vibe in its design. Think Celtics Queens meet the Amazon. With accessories tracing out the bodyline like ancient armours. The designs are decorated with knitted rhinestones, gold, titanium and bronze, matching perfectly with the colour of the skin.

The Fall handbag collection coordinated with the colour of the shoes. Elegant silk clutch decorated with mega-navettes Swarovski cystal, on the other hand, suede hobo bags create effortless casual chic.

With the increasing demand of casual fashion shoes, Giuseppe Zanotti Design has also brought out a new unisex sneaker collection. Sneakers represent freedom of expression. The rich colour from street graffiti and the chaotic crash by mixing different materials, executed with impeccable craftmanship.
